In August 2020, Ascent partnered with Roof Above to acquire and preserve a 341-unit NOAH in the Windsor Park neighborhood. The partnership placed a long-term deed restriction on the property, which will preserve existing affordability and create a new integrated supportive housing program serving 75 individuals who’ve experienced substantial challenges with housing insecurity. The partnership leveraged $50mm in private, philanthropic, and public capital to execute the project.
