In October 2021, Ascent and Housing Impact Fund acquired a 60-unit apartment community located in the Cotswold neighborhood. The property, built in 1973, offers some of the lowest rents in South Charlotte. The partnership is currently orchestrating a transformative renovation of the property, all while maintaining rents to be affordable to households earning between 30-80% AMI for the next two decades.
