In August 2020, Ascent partnered with Roof Above to acquire and preserve a 341-unit NOAH in the Windsor Park neighborhood. The partnership placed a long-term deed restriction on the property, which will preserve existing affordability and create a new integrated supportive housing program serving 75 individuals who’ve experienced substantial challenges with housing insecurity.

In April 2019, Ascent Housing acquired a 98-unit apartment community in the Oakhurst neighborhood. The partnership has renovated and implemented a long-term deed restriction on the property to maintain affordability for existing and future residents.
