In December 2021, Ascent and Housing Impact Fund acquired a 265-unit apartment community located in the Shannon Park neighborhood near Plaza Midwood and NoDa. The partnership will invest in a substantial rehabilitation of the 1960s-era property, one of the most affordable apartment communities in Charlotte.

Maple Way Apartments
In October 2021, Ascent and Housing Impact Fund acquired a 60-unit apartment community located in the Cotswold neighborhood. The property, built in 1973, offers some of the lowest rents in South Charlotte.

Pines on Wendover
In September 2021, Ascent and Housing Impact Fund acquired a 44-unit apartment community located in the Cotswold neighborhood. The property is zoned for quality schools and walkable to a grocery store, shops, and multiple bus routes, and is just a 5-minute drive from major shopping destinations and employment centers.

Lake Mist Apartments
In December 2020, Ascent and Housing Impact Fund acquired a 144-unit apartment community immediately adjacent to LYNX Archdale Station in the Montclaire South neighborhood. The partnership placed a long-term deed restriction on the property, which will maintain affordability for families earning between 30-80% AMI.
